AFTER RECOMPILING FOR WILDCAT 4.01 I WAS UNAWARE OF CERTAIN DATE
CALCULATIONS THAT NO LONGER WORKED.  I AM NOW PLEASED TO REPORT THAT 
ALL THE BUGS ARE _FINALLY_ GONE!!!

PROGRAM NOTE RE:  "today.number + 65536"  (You no longer need the 65536)

* SECURITY LEVEL FOR MINORS        - FIXED!
* BAD LOCAL CALLBACK TIMES         - FIXED!
* BAD LONG DISTANCE CALLBACK TIMES - FIXED!
* PROBLEM WITH EXPIRATION DATE     - FIXED!

  IF YOU FIND ANYTHING ELSE (and don't think you will), PLEASE REPORT IT!

* Let SECONDARY security levels through again - FIXED
  (although no harm was done)

* Created a file called "BESTCALL.CF_" for first time installers - FIXED
  (few sysops noticed)

* Didn't check against the user's FAX number on the initial check - FIXED
  (never really had a complaint)

* Didn't check through every logical drive in LAN for BESTCALL.DID - FIXED
  (for our friends with huge BBS's)

* Wasn't changing the sysop to Conference 0 when testing - FIXED
  (never affected the users)

* LOGON.WCX wasn't displaying "BIRTHDAY.BBS" - FIXED

* Cleaned up a little modem garbage on reconnect - FIXED

* If your name was last in the alphabet, it reported a dupe number - FIXED

* wcCODE was reporting false Local Console Logon <ouch> - FIXED 
  This only occured with some front end mailers after Wildcat 4.01

* In 2 isolated cases, Bestcall would not fit into memory - FIXED

* Logical drive searches were slow - FIXED

* Phone exchange searches were slow - FIXED

* If the Sysop didn't fill in B-date, it treated them as a minor - FIXED
  (this only affected the sysop if they added the user name manually)

* Caller would end up at the message menu after reading message - FIXED

* Incomming calls would interupt the verification process - FIXED

* Cleaned up cursor writes to the screen.

* The following line is completely eradicated on status bar after callback.
