 This documentation will be very simplistic. For Installation tips please
 read the Install.txt file that is included with this upload. This program
 iis distributed as shareware not Freeware. Terms and Conditions are really
 quite simple. If you like it, use it. The author will be uploading another
 six utilities into the MSI bbs. 

            They will include the following :
                 
            [1] A Sysop Editor and file Viewer called THEEDITR
            
            [2] A Comment Program to issue comments into proper
                4 seperate confrences configuarable by the user.
                This Program is called THECOMT
            
            [3] A Time bank with sysop Utiltiy. Uses its own data
                base to store info. Configuarable maximum storage
                and maximum withdrawls and deposits per day. THEBANKR. 
            
            [4] A paging program that allows for configurable access     
                to special page as well as availability hours.THEPAGER
            
            [5] configurable goodbye program that allows user to do
                many functions before they end their online session. 
                again, this program is configurable.THEGOOD.
            
            [6] A Call-Back verifier and sysop Utility to upgrade
                users upon completing connection. Uses it's own data
                base for information storeage.THECALL.

            [7] AN AUTOMATED ADULT AREA ACCESS GRANTOR THAT SCREENS THE
                USERS WHO ENTER THE PROGRAM, UPGRADES TO CONFIGURED SECURITY
                LEVEL, SENDS MESSAGE ON COMPLETION OF TASKS, KEEP IT'S OWN
                LOG AS WELL AS WRITES TO CURRENT ACTIVITY LOG. USES IT'S OWN
                DATA BASE. HAS SYSOP UTILITY TO ADD,EDIT AND DELETE USERS AND
                GENERATE LISTS.THEADULT(R)

    THIS IS THE REGISTERED VERSION. 

    What is this program ?

    THECOMT(r) is a very simple program. It calls other funcions from
    a character driven menu. All it is meant to do is give your user a
    few choices on where to send their comments. 
    
    Through the configure file you set up four seperate conference areas 
    that the user can send a message into. Your choices appeare on the 
    menu so please make them exactly as you want them to appear.

    When the user chooses that specific area to send their comment, the
    program will change to that area. When done, the program will bring
    the user back to the conference the where originally in.

    This program was made to work seamlessly with our other programs but
    will function fully on it's own.
    
    TO RUN THIS PROGRAM YOU MUST HAVE A REGISTRATION NUMBER.


    This program is Shareware and not FREEWARE.

    THECOMT(r) is not crippled in any way nor does it have begging screens.
    The registered version will have more bells and whistles.
