 This documentation will be very simplistic. For Installation tips please
 read the Install.txt file that is included with this upload. This program
 iis distributed as shareware not Freeware. Terms and Conditions are really
 quite simple. If you like it, use it. The author will be uploading another
 six utilities into the MSI bbs. 

            They will include the following :
                 
            [1] A Sysop Editor and file Viewer called THEVIEWR
            [2] A Comment Program to issue comments into proper
                4 seperate confrences configuarable by the user.
                This Program is called THEMAKER
            [3] A Time bank with sysop Utiltiy. Uses its own data
                base to store info. Configuarable maximum storage
                and maximum withdrawls and deposits per day. THEBANK. 
            [4] A paging program that allows for configurable access     
                to special page as well as availability hours.
            [5] configurable goodbye program that allows user to do
                many functions before they end their online session. 
                again, this program is configurable.THEGOOD.
            [6] A Call-Back verifier and sysop Utility to upgrade
                users upon completing connection. Uses it's own data
                base for information storeage.THECALL.
            [7] An automated adult area access Grantor that will test
                Users age for entrance, guide users through steps for
                completion, write the sysop and user when completed,
                keep track in it's own database and have a Sysop util
                package for maintenance.THEADULT(r)

    What is this program ?

    THEBANKR(r) is really only for your users. It will enable them to
    draw extra time that they have placed in it, so they need not bother
    you for extra time online.

    This program started off to be quite simple, but, when it was in beta
    the sysops wanted it to keep track on it's own because the pay boards
    used most all of the comment lines and the user.subscriptionbalance for 
    ther allotments for the users donations and dues.

    That just made life more difficult. We used a simple flat file for the
    database to simplify the programming. We added a log feature so as not
    to clutter up your activity logs. We do write basic changes into the
    current activity log, but the details are set in the program's log.

    Next, since we created a database, you need to be able to edit it. We
    did that. Also, if you wish to enter a user's old balance from another
    banking method, you have the ability to add new users to the database
    and then edit to show their new balance.


    What this program will do :

    
    [ 1] Use the maximus set by the configure file.
    
    [ 2] Allow the user to deposit up the maximum deposit amount each day.
    
    [ 3] Allow the user to Withdraw up to the Maximum Withdrawl per day.
    
    [ 4] Adjust the Maximum Usable time to the Maximum Bank Balance.
    
    [ 5] Allow only the Maximum Balance as set in the configure file.
    
    [ 6] Tell user how much time they have deposited today when the Deposit
         function is activated. 
    
    [ 7] Tell the user how much they have Withdrawn today when the Withdraw   
         funciton is activated.
    
    [ 8] When deposits and Withdrawls are completed succesfully,the time left
         is adusted and shown to the sysop and user. 
    
    [ 9] The time the user is online with this program is also deducted from    
         the users time left.
  
    [10] The program will now update users security level if changed
 
     
    The Utiltiy program [BANKRUTL] will allow you,the sysop to do:

      [1] Make a user listing with pertinant information.     
      
      [2] Allow you to view that listing.
      
      [3] Allow you to search for a specific user in the data base.
      
      [4] Allow you to edit a users information located in the data base.

      [5] Allow you to enter a new user into the data base.
             
      [6] Allow you to delete a user.
     
    

    This program keeps it's own log as well as writes basic information into
    the activity log of whatever node is running it. It is multiline aware.
