 This documentation will be very simplistic. For Installation tips please
 read the Install.txt file that is included with this upload. This program
 iis distributed as shareware not Freeware. Terms and Conditions are really
 quite simple. If you like it, use it. The author will be uploading another
 six utilities into the MSI bbs. 

            They will include the following :
                 
            [1] A Sysop Editor and file Viewer called THEVIEWR
            [2] A Comment Program to issue comments into proper
                4 seperate confrences configuarable by the user.
                This Program is called THEMAKER
            [3] A Time bank with sysop Utiltiy. Uses its own data
                base to store info. Configuarable maximum storage
                and maximum withdrawls and deposits per day. THEBANK. 
            [4] A paging program that allows for configurable access     
                to special page as well as availability hours.
            [5] configurable goodbye program that allows user to do
                many functions before they end their online session. 
                again, this program is configurable.THEGOOD.
            [6] A Call-Back verifier and sysop Utility to upgrade
                users upon completing connection. Uses it's own data
                base for information storeage.THECALL.
            [7] An Automated Adult Area Access Grantor that uses it's
                own Data Base and has a sysop Utility to edit the   
                Data Base and Make User Lists. Many more features
                THEADULT(R)

    What is this program ?

    THECALL(r) will verify that a user is calling from a specific number.
    It checks the phone number against it's own internal data base that is
    generated by the Sysop Utility and then maintained by adding all new
    users to it. It will not call a number in the data base. This version
    will not call a long distance number. That function is available on the
    registered version.

    

    There are other functions that this program will do.

    
        [1] THECALL(r) will make three attempts to connect with the User's
            phone number.

        [2] THECALL(r) will make three attempts to obtain the User's temp
            password. 
            
        [3] THECALL(r) will write to the current activity log status and
            results of the operations. 
            
        [4] THECALL(r) will write to it's own log a more detailed account
            of what transpires while activated.

        [5] Upon successfull completion for the program, THECALL(r) will
            notify both SYSOP and User via Configurable Messages that the
            user has been upgraded.

        [6] If the program was unable to connect or if it found a duplicate 
            to the phone number the user had entered, it will terminate 
            and notify the User and SYSOP what happened.

        [7] All Display and Message files are configurable and Mantained in
            the Programs Directory. 



    This program keeps it's own log as well as writes basic information into
    the activity log of whatever node is running it. It is multiline aware.

    Just a quick note about the sysop utlility. It will generate a data base
    using all the phone numbers in your Wildcat Users data base including
    HOME,DATA and FAX numbers. You may choose one Security Type to Exclude
    from this function. The registered version will allow for any number of
    security types to be excluded from this function. The Syop Utiltiy will
    also generate a userlist with phone numbers if you desire and allow you
    to view it.
