Fred is a program designed to converse with people in English.
It has been designed to loosely mimic the actions of a sports
psychologist.  In this sense it will ask you alot of questions
and generally get you to do most of the talking.  The hope is
that just talking something through may help you to better
understand and maybe even develop some solution to your problems.

Version 0.94b of RunCoach represents the first time Fred has been
included.  In 0.94b it is run as a stand alone DOS program. I don't
have access to an -Overlay Linker- for the PROLOG compiler that
RunCoach is written in.  This should be rectified for version 0.95
where Fred will be integrated.

Fred's personality and understanding of English is a bit
rudimentary but will improve with later versions.  The best
way to communicate with Fred is to use simple single concept
sentences.  Fred is also not very tolerent of spelling mistakes.

Remember Fred is no substitute for professional help so just have
fun.
