Elements v1.2 Wide Beta

Problems corrected:

Adding error handling so the table can be started with
or without graphics files.

Added more handling where I saw more possible problems.

COMPLETELY rehauled start-up for least amount of errors.

Installation:

Unzip the archived file to it's own directory.
Start file manager, and double click on dir.exe
The directory setup program will run, so you can
	the directory that holds the picture files,
	or just press enter for the current directory.
	The program will check to make sure the files were
	found, then it will write a configuration file.
Run ELEMENTS.EXE
Click on start.
Enjoy the table!
