FLASHMATH FOR WINDOWS 3.0 COPYRIGHT GEORGE COLE 1995 THIS PROGRAM IS SHAREWARE. PLEASE REGISTER. HOW DO I START? If you have gotten this far then you have the program files in a directory. Hopefully it isn't mixed with other files in the same directory. It gets messy. The steps below will guide you through the process of creat- ing an icon in Windows and starting Flashmath for Windows 3.0 . 1. Start Windows 2. Click File/New from the Program Manager menu. Make sure that "program item" is selected 3. Enter the title that you want to see under the icon in Windows in the top input box. 4. In the command line box enter the complete path plus FLMATH3.EXE. EXAMPLE-C:\FLMATH\FLMATH3.EXE Or you can use the browse feature. When you have located FLMATH3.EXE, click on it in the list box and click the OK button. This will put the com- plete file name in the input box. Just click the OK button. 5. The icon will be shown in the current window. If you wish to move it to another, just hold down the mouse button on the icon and drag it to the window that you want it in. 6. Double click on the icon to start the program 7. I recommend selecting the Help option first. This will give you a good idea of what is there.
