  PHYSICS by PICTURES is educational computer courseware in the
field of physics for both teachers students and schoolchildren. It
consists of reference book, problems with possibilities to enter and
check answers and a set of colorful computer simulations and
constructors from Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Electricity, Optics,
Atomic Physics, etc. It is possible to choose  all
parameters of computer experiments.

This software is being released as nagware.  Copies may be freely
distributed by BBSes, FTP sites, CD-ROMs, disk vendors, etc..., with
the following conditions:

- The following files must all be present together, and unmodified when
  distributed. Under modifications we understand the changing, adding or
  removing of any files of this package without the author's written
  permission:

- When distributed inside a compressed file, the prefix of that file
  should be PBP62NE.

- The product should be listed under the name "PHYSICS by PICTURES".
  "6.2 edition", "v6.2 ", etc..., can optionally be add.

- You have the right to test this program for the period of one month.

- You are NOT allowed to pack this program together with a commercial
  program or a book.

- You are encouraged to put this program on as many BBS systems as possible.

- PBP is copyrighted shareware.  It should never be classified as
  public domain or free software.

- The full version that will be sent to registered users should not be
  distributed in any form.

- Usage of this software after the trial period of one month is in
  violation of international Copyright law! Also it is unfair against
  the authors, who spent hundreds of hours writing this program.

- License for the registered version is not transferable.

- Those who will be enjoyed with e PBP are expected to register with the
  authors. Users are given a 30 day evaluation period. The registration
  form can be printed by typing "COPY REGISTER.TXT PRN" at the DOS prompt.

- Full version
  The full version may be installed on as many computers as desired, as
  long as it is ONLY running once at a time (I.e. one installation at
  home and one at the office used by the same person). The usage by
  multiple persons at the same time  (on multiple computers) requires
  site licence. Site licences allow an institution, company or school
  to install the program on multiple computers or on a server.

NOTE: The above terms are meant to be easy to comply with.  Basically,
      distributors & users who operate legally and in fairness to
      shareware authors, are encouraged to circulate, and make use of
