   PHYSICS by PICTURES   consists  of  reference   book,  problems  with
possibilities to enter and check answers and a set of computer programs.
It includes colorful computer simulations from Mechanics, Thermodynamics
and   Molecular Physics,  Electricity,  Optics, Quantum Physics as well
as Historical Experiment examples, etc.

		      PHYSICS by PICTURES 6.2
    PHYSICS by PICTURES  is  educational computer courseware  for   both
teachers students and schoolchildren,  developed  in Scientific Center
PHYSICON (fouded ased  in  Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology).
It is an integral base of knowledge in the field of physics.

   PHYSICS by PICTURES  consists of reference book and a set of computer
programs. It  includes colorful   computer simulations  from  Mechanics,
Thermodynamics  and   Molecular  Physics,  Electricity,  Optics, Quantum
Physics as well Historical Experiment examples, etc.

   Some questions   and  different   problems    are     included     in
courseware  with  the  possibility to enter the answer of schoolchildren
and to  check it.   It   is   possible   to  choose  all  parameters  in
computer   simulations   Some of the examples are designed as a flexible
constructor, which  allow to develop  different experimental schemas and
to investigate  them. There  are also  a calculator,   lists of  physics
and   mathematics formulae,   tables   of   physical   constants.    The
hypertext is used to ease learning physics.

   The   PHYSICS by PICTURES  courseware is intended  for schoolchildren
with different  levels of   physics  knowledge.  It  may  be  used  both
as a convenient reference book for first level of studying physics,  and
for deeper  learning of physics.  Some of the  problems are intended for
high level schoolchildren.

   The  distinguishable features of  PHYSICS by PICTURES are:

a) the   courseware   includes different information and functions using
simulations, gaming, testing  etc.,
b) a friendly  interactive graphics interface,
c)  the  courseware  provides  wide  possibilities  for  more  intensive
teaching and  attracts considerable interest of schoolchildren.
