      Teacher Assistant 1.0 is a teacher's class list manager.  Build class
data banks with Teacher Assistant 1.0.  Print detailed data banks of your
students and classes.  

      It has a built in editor with normal database functions like search, 
print, WYSIWYG print preview, list and sort.  Written in Microsoft Visual 
Basic 3.0 (Professional Edition), it needs VBRUN300.DLL to run.  Teacher 
Assistant 1.0 also needs CMDIALOG.VBX, VER.DLL and COMMDLG.DLL.

      Teacher Assistant 1.0 is modeled after Data Bank 2.20, also by the
same author.

      You are entitled to evaluate Teacher Assistant 1.0 for a period of up 
to 30 days.  If after that time you intend to continue to use the program 
you must register it.  If you do not intend to continue to use the program 
you must delete it from your system.
      When you register your copy, the 'reminder screens' will no longer 
appear.  Registered users will be given technical support whenever possible.
