 This shareware product is provided by Software Avenue, Inc.  We will
 provide REGISTERED users with the following limited warranties for 90
 days from the date of the original purchase:
 
    MEDIA - Software Avenue, Inc. warrants that under normal use the
    magnetic media and any packaging provided with it are free from
    defects in materials and workmanship.

    SOFTWARE - Software Avenue, Inc. warrants that the software, as
    originally purchased, will perform substantially in conformance
    with the specifications set forth in the documention.

 To make a warranty claim under this limited warranty, return the product
 to Software Avenue, Inc. with your name, address, and a statement of the
 defect.  We will replace the defective product or, at our discretion, 
 refund the purchase price.

 THE FOREGOING STATES THE PURCHASER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY
 BREACH OF WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT.  SOFTWARE
 AVENUE, INC. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO
 THE MEDIA AND THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
