This is an instructional text on how to compile your
               CatNET(sm) Nodelist with your Frontend Mailer.
      These instructions are for the Frontdoor and Intermail Mailers.
   All users of other Mailer should refer to their respective manuals on
                adding a Private Nodelist to their Mailers.


1. If you are already running a mailer have a FidoNet Node address then you
   will already have a FidoNet Nodelist in your Nodelist directory.

   Do the following:

   To add the CatNET(sm) Private Nodelist to your existing Fidonet Nodelist,
   edit your FDNODE.CTL (Frontdoor and Intermail) in your Nodelist directory
   to include the following line:

   PVTLIST C:\FD\NODELIST\CATFIDO.LST

   If you also have the following line in your FDNODE.CTL then add the 200,
   if you do not have this line then ignore this and your Mailer Nodelist
   Compiler will add all the Zones automatically.

   USE ZONE 1,2,3,4,5,6,200

   and recompile your Nodelist by changing to your Nodelist directory e.g.
   C:\FD\NODELIST and then type FDNC /F this would have recompile and added
   the CatNET(sm) Private Nodelist to your Fido Nodelist for use with your
   Mailer.

   NOTE: Replace the appropriate path to your Nodelist in the path above.

2. If you want to run a FidoNet Compatible Mailer and do not have a FidoNET
   Node address, You must make the CatNET(sm) Private Nodelist your ONLY
   existing Nodelist. Just rename the CATFIDO.LST to NODELIST.200 and place
   it in your Nodelist directory.

   And recompile your Nodelist by changing to your Nodelist directory e.g.
   C:\FD\NODELIST and then type FDNC /F this would have recompile and make
   the CatNET(sm) Private Nodelist your ONLY Nodelist for use with your
   Mailer.
