The echo names are in preareas.txt.

Important things to remember are:

HOLY_BIBLE is a very strict echo that requires Biblical proof for any 
point (not just a token verse to "justify" unsupported religious opinion)

LADIES is restricted to females only and that includes the SysOps (male
SysOps must not read the LADIES echo )

PR_MEN is restricted to males only

NET_ADMIN is for the PRIME SysOps only.

PRIME is a rather low volume network as compared to many.  What happens 
here usually is that the echos build up over time into interesting and 
informative threads.  For that reason it is important that SysOps only
purge PRIME echos by number of messages rather than dates of messages.
