Fill out the application included in this package (QBBSNET.APP) and send it to the appropriate coordinator either as a netmail message, or as a file attached to a netmail message. Please do not upload your application to your coordinator's BBS, since it is necessary that you demonstrate netmail capability in order to become a member of the net. If you decide to send it as an attached file, please name it "QBBSNET.xxx", where xxx represents your initials.
