There has been a changed to the upgrade policies effective with ANY
  REGISTRATION of PCX2CCS. Upgrade patches will be uploaded,
  or e-mailed. If you want the patch snail mailed, it will cost you
  $1 within the US or $2 outside the US. The program to apply the
  patches will be distributed to registered users when they register.

    All of the programs have an additional command line switch. To EXPLICITLY
set the graphics resolution the 3 switchs are:

       EGA will use 640x350 16 colors
       VGA will use 640x480 16 colors
       sVGA will use 640x480 256 colors

Using these switches will by-pass the routines that determine what video chip
is available. So if you have a non-sVGA monitor hooked to a system that has
the VESA bios, then run PCX2CCS VGA.
