Do to some BBS's out there, that add files and comments, this ScanText
has been PKZIP'd using a password. This was done to keep the integrity
of the Zip file, with nothing added.

PS. The password is 'SCANTEXT' (without quotes).

ie. pkunzip -sSCANTEXT toronto.zip
