      ZCLW is a utility designed to allow quick and easy retrieval of
      Zip Code information for the United States.  The program is most
      useful for finding missing address information for a customer or
      contact.

      If the Zip Code is specified, ZCLW will display the City and
      State for its region.  Zip Codes can be typed directly into the
      Zip Code text box, otherwise a pseudo-key pad is provided for
      those who prefer using a mouse.  Once five digits have been
      entered, the search commences automatically.

      If the City and State are known, the first Zip Code in its region
      can also easily be found.  Simply specify the two-letter
      abbreviation for the State, along with as many starting
      characters of the City name as necessary to narrow the search.
      If an exact match is not found, click the 'Previous' or 'Next'
      buttons to display other alphabetically listed Cities.

      ZCLW will "remember" its screen coordinates, so the window
      doesn't have to be re-positioned every time the program is
      launched.  To make the ZCLW window remain visible at all times,
      click 'Help', then select "Always on top".

      REQUIREMENTS:  ZCLW requires VBRUN200.DLL, the Visual Basic run-
                     time module.  VBRUN200.DLL can usually be gotten
                     separately from the BBS or FTP Site ZCLW was
                     downloaded from.  Copy this file to the Windows
                     subdirectory before launching ZCLW.  The only
                     other files required for program operation are
                     ACLW.EXE and ACLW.DAT.  Both of these files should
                     reside in the same subdirectory.

      ACLW      Area Code Locator for Windows.  Displays City, State
                and Time Zone when given the Area Code, or reverse.
      CRD2TXT   Converts Windows' Card Files to ASCII or delimited
                text.
      PREFIX    Given an Area Code and telephone Prefix, displays City
                Prefix zone (currently limited to California).
      CASE      Converts ASCII text files to all UPPERCASE, lowercase,
                Capitalizes the first word in a sentence, Capitalizes
                Every Word, and performs CR<->CR/LF<->LF conversions.
      KONVERT   Rearranges and filters comma-delimited text files for
                exporting data files to other database and spreadsheet
                applications.
      SNOW      TSR Screen Saver for DOS.  Displays random bit patterns
                on-screen, creating the type of effect you'd get if
                your television set was not tuned-in properly.
