POKER113.VBX is a Physical memory access VBX.

It was developed to read directly from RAM on an adapter card, but
may be used (although untested) for accessing physical RAM locations
on the PC motherboard.

This VBX is available free as long as it is not used for any profit
making application and is freely distributable if unchanged.
