LICENSE AGREEMENT

1) You are free to use this code within applications which you develop only
as part of the executable code. You may not include any of this code as part
of a library which you distribute, regardless of the manner in which you
distribute the library.  A library is here defined as either source code
files or compiled units which can be used with Borland's compilers and
Borland's Turbo Vision.

2) OOGrid Library(TM) may be copied and distributed freely (including
uploading it to bulletin boards), providing the package is not modified in
any way.  You are specifically prohibited from charging or requesting
donations, for any such copies, however made, and from distributing the
software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise)
without prior written permission from the author, with one exception:  disk
vendors approved by the Association of Shareware Professionals are permitted
to redistribute OOGrid Library(TM), subject to the conditions in this
license, without specific written permission.

3) You may not copy, sublicense, distribute or transfer OOGrid Library(TM)
