This is QSEQ, a sequencer for MS/DOS.

Read the QSQ.TXT file while you're testing QSEQ, because there are a lot of
features you may not understand or even find if you're no familiar with QSEQ.

Read at least the "installation" description of QSQ.TXT.

Be careful, numerous command-line options available in older versions are
not available anymore. Use the configuration program instead, especially if you
used to set SoundBlaster variables on the command-line.
