- new command line syntax:
  'WBMAN [/B0=fname] [/B1=fname] [/G=fname]' to allow selective loading of
  a bank and the global settings.
- global settings don't get sent "en bloc" any more - too many side effects
- "New" and "New Standard" have been replaced by "New Settings" dialog

  CakeWalk's PATCHES.INI; otherwise, into filename.INI
  (e.g.: CakeWalkDir=D:\SB16\WCWLITE)

  item now.
- 3D controls built in. Can be selected with "Settings" -> "Use 3D".

==========================

Version 1.1     1994-01-20
==========================
- WBMan now accepts the name of a preset bank file as startup parameter;
  this allows to associate it to ".CBK" files in File Manager.
- Much to my shame, I detected an error in the "Edit Channel" dialog that
  allowed only the scroll bars to work; this has been corrected.
- Some of the MIDI mode settings did not work correctly; this has been
  corrected.
- "Send Presets" can be interrupted now.
- "MIDI Mode" panel now includes the option to lock the mode.
- "Master Settings" dialog implemented; WBMan can work as a complete
  WBPanel replacement now.
- WBMan now starts up with "New Standard" instead of "New" setting so that
  all presets are set.
- "Play MIDI File" works now.
