READ is a Shareware text browser for IBM PCs and compatibles
that combines powerful file handling with lots of features and
comprehensive video support.
It also supports ISO-8859-1 and has lots of features that are
of interest when reading USENET news articles. Full on-screen
help is included to get you going as fast as possible.
READ is fully written in assembly language; it should be quite
fast on every PC.
No annoyingly small keys to be hit to scroll the text! Just
move your mouse around!
