This program requires Windows 3.1 and an IBM WindSurfer or compatible adapter 
with an Mwave DSP and CD-quality AD/DA converters.  The three files, 
DELAY.EXE, DELAY.DSP, and WPP.DLL are required for it to run.  I wouldn't 
copy WPP.DLL to your \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.  It's not worth the effort.  
Read DELAY.HLP (from Program Manager: File | Run... | c:\path\delay.hlp) for 
usage notes.  DELAY.HLP is a Windows help file.

***** WARNING *****
If used carelessly, this program can cause damage to your ears, and the 
amplifier/speakers connected to your soundboard.  Always keep the Feedback 
and Output Level parameters at reasonable levels.  Feedback beyond 40% will 
cause instability, as will output levels beyond 100%.  Since this product is 
meant for professional use, access to a much greater range of Feedback and 
Output Level is available.  The author assumes no liability for careless use 
of this product.  Read LEGAL.DOC for more info.
