 It's only by means of MARKETING, that a product can
 be developed, distributed, sold and the profits re-
 invested in the development of new products, that an
   economy can remain healthy and strong.  It also
  allows a variety of merchandise which leads to the
  betterment of ones quality of life.  This includes
  the computer software industry.  However, with the
  volatile and depreciating economy that we live in
 today, the cost of development and distribution has
             risen to phenomenal levels.

 This is why We have developed a whole NEW system of
 MARKETING.  It's fundamental format is based on the
 Network Marketing System and distributed by means of
 the ShareWare Distribution System.  This means that
  Registered Users who "share" a ShareWare version,
  are rewarded for their efforts in distributing the
  software by receiving a commission. Even more so,
       the commission is based on three levels:

                1) DIRECT COMMISSION
                2) INDIRECT COMMISSION
                3) EXTENDED COMMISSION

THIS IS HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS :
 1) Person #1 a Registered User, shares a copy of the
    ShareWare Version of the software to person #2.
 2) After trying the program out, person #2 would
    then print out the order form, (which already
    contain person #1's NAME & NUMBER for commission
    purposes), fill the form out, and mail it along
    with the purchase price for the software.
 3) Person #2 would then become a Registered User and
    a COMMISSION SALESPERSON to the capacity of their
    desire.
 4) Person #1 would then receive a DIRECT COMMISSION
    from the sale to person #2.  He/She would also
    receive an INDIRECT COMMISSION from all the sales
    made by person #2, and an EXTENDED COMMISSION
    from all the sales made one level below that.

   IT'S SIMPLE.  And the commission is substantial
              according to your efforts.

  It appears as though a Three LEVEL Pyramid System,
                       except :
1) This system is LEGAL, since all money transactions
   are based on purchases and sales commissions.
2) You are not bound by the structure of the pyramid.
   If you would like to increase your commission,
   simple acquire a few more sales.  Your subscribers
   will inturn make more sales and your commission
   increases exponentially.
3) There is NO time limit, sales quota, or obligation
   what-so-ever.  You don't even have to get
   Involved.  But if you DO decide to "share" your
   SHAREWARE version, then don't be surprised if you
   get a cheque in the mail some day and continually.
   The commission paid out to you is automatic and
   computer controlled.
