HOW TO INSTALL

1) Load your Registered or ShareWare disk
   into a drive.
2) Execute the INSTALL.BAT program which will
   prompt you for the letters of the SOURCE
   and DESTINATION drives.
3) Execute the INSTALL.BAT program again using
   the correct format . . . ie. -INSTALL 1-
   The program will then install the correct
   files in the correct directories.
4) Verify that the program SHARE.EXE appears in
   your AUTOEXEC.BAT file :
      ie. -C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SHARE.EXE- or
          -C:\DOS\SHARE.EXE-
5) In your Windows Program Manger, add the file
   \MMCLOCK\MMCLOCK.EXE to the STARTUP directory.

HOW TO DISTRIBUTE THE SHAREWARE
   SO YOU COULD MAKE YOUR COMMISSION

1) To understand our commission based
   Marketing System, Please read the
   file MARKET.TXT.
2) Purchase the fully functional version
   of MMCLOCK v1.2 and acquire your
   registration number which license
   you to use the program and distribute
   a ShareWare version for commission.
3) Create a ShareWare version of -MMClock-
   by clicking the -?- button in the top
   right corner of the ALARM TIMES window
   4 times.  Then select the CREATE button.
   The program will tell you what to do.
   It will also include your NAME and
   NUMBER.  You may freely distribute the
   created copy so that you will receive
   commission sales there after.
