  Shareware distribution gives you a chance to try
  MMCLOCK before buying it.  If you try MMCLOCK and
  continue to use it, you are expected to register.

 Copyright laws apply to both Shareware and commer-
   cial software, and Silver-Silk-Software retains
  all rights to MMCLOCK.  We specifically grant you
   the right to copy and distribute the ShareWare
 version of this software, under the limitations of
         the license agreement found below.

   MMCLOCK  (ShareWare version) is provided at no
  charge to you for evaluation.  Feel free to share
   it with your friends, but please do not give it
   away altered or as part of another system.  The
 essence of "user-supported" software is to provide
 you with quality software without high prices, and
 yet to give us incentive to continue to develop new
 products.

                    REGISTRATION

  If you like MMCLOCK and would like to continue to
    use it, you must send a registration payment
                    of $8.95 to:

  Your $8.95 registration will license one copy for
 use on any one computer at any one time.  When you
    register we will send you a FULLY functional
     version of the program with documentation.
  To order, please print the order form and include
                   the following :

   - Your Name
   - Mailing Address
   - Disk Size --> Sorry, only 3.5" size available.
   - The Registration Name & Number of who you
     acquired your shareware copy from will
     automatically be entered by the program.
     (This is important: read MARKETING)

 Make payment by Check only.  Sorry, no credit card
                    support yet.

 You are encouraged to pass a copy of MMCLOCK Share-
    Ware along to your friends for evaluation, or
    upload it to BBS's.  Please encourage them to
        register their copy if they like it.

 The MMCLOCK program and its documentation are copy-
  righted works protected by Canadian and interna-
 tional copyright law. You are granted a license to
  use your copy of MMCLOCK only under the terms and
   conditions specified in this license agreement.

  MMCLOCK is a commercial software product.  It is
  not free, nor is it in the public domain.  It is
 distributed as Shareware, which means that you may
  try the software before you pay for it.  However,
 you must stop using MMCLOCK and remove it from your
 computer if you decide not to pay the license fee.

   Users of MMCLOCK must accept this disclaimer of
                      warranty:
   MMCLOCK IS PROVIDED AS IS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF

                DISTRIBUTING MMCLOCK

 Anyone distributing MMCLOCK for any kind of remun-
 eration must first contact Silver-Silk-Software at
 the address above for authorization.  This author-
  ization is automatically granted to distributors
 recognized by the Association of Shareware Profes-
   sionals (ASP) as adhering to its guidelines for
  shareware distributors, and such distributors may
    begin offering MMCLOCK immediately; however,
 Silver-Silk-Software must still be advised so that
   the distributor can be kept up-to-date with the
             latest version of MMCLOCK.

     If you are going to distribute MMCLOCK in a
  compressed file, please use the name MMCLOCK.???
