Suggested Description:
Meter Master, v1.0, SHAREWARE - Application metering/monitoring for
Windows apps. Regulates the number of instances (0 to 255) of a Windows
application on a network. A must-have for server installations of licensed
software. Can be used to control network un-aware apps where only one user
at a time should have access. Also provides valuable user-logging.
Requires VBRUN300.DLL. Registration $29.00.

Requirements:  Windows 3.1 (with SHARE.EXE) / Windows for Workgroups,
               80386 Processor or better. VBRUN300.DLL (not included).
