This program is freeware. It's purpose is to allow the user to start, or to 
prohibit start of the Windows screen saver by placing the mouse in screen 
corners. The configuring is done via winsave.ini, located in the upstart-
directory, the Windows-directory is never searched for this file. Default 
corners are: upper left to start screen saver, upper right to prohibit screen 
saver and lower left to display message box. There is a possibility to sound a 
bell when entering and leaving "prohibited state", the default is to sound.
Special pro's of this program is that it is small, about 15 KB, it takes 
approx. NO resources, it does in normal use NOT use a timer (it uses one 
though when the program is used to start or prohibit screen saver, but NOT in 
normal use), it starts the screen saver ONLY ONCE (some other screen saver 
start programs start a new screen saver every second...)  and it is FREEWARE.
