To install SuperHer you can unzip each of the two ZIP files onto
two 3.5 1.44MB floppies, or unzip them into a single directory on
your hard drive.  The from the Program Manager select File/Run...
and run the SETUP.EXE program on the floppy, or from the hard
drive.
