One of the main files used by the system is
                missing.  If you have a backup, use it as
                most likely some data has been lost.

                If you do not have a backup:

                Change to the \EZROUTE Directory. (cd \ezroute)
                Delete only the ALPHA.DBF file.  (del alpha.dbf)

                Then, re-Install the system.  The re-install will
                actually initialize the system and add all necessary
                main files.  One or more may be empty of data.

                Then re-install if you are trying to update the              
                system, to update it.
