The About form is another reusable form. You can customize this form
with your company name and address.  Then, place it into your application
and set the application title and version number and you have an instant
about form.  If you have shareware and registered versions of your program
there is a global flag that you can toggle to change from one version to
another. To demonstrate this select Help | Shareware Version to switch the
about box to the non-shareware version; then rerun the About form.
