There are a few other features of reusable function included in this
demo: a function to check for command line parameters and a function
to play wave files (the windows speaker driver or a sound card is
required to play wave files). To try this out add the word 'wave' to the
command line of the Program Manager properties of the RufDemo icon and then
double click on the RufDemo icon (run the program).
