If you get the error: UNABLE TO OPEN FILE! You are probably missing a 
file. Make sure that all the IGM Circ files are in the LORD directory. If you
haven't already run install, you have to run NOPCFG.EXE. WARNING!!! If you
have changed the LORD batch files in any way, read NOP.DOC to figure out how 
to install IGM Circ manually. 

        List of files that would cause error if missing:

        NOPPARTY.DAT
        3RDPARTY.DAT
        NOP.CFG
