Tri-Bingo 3.1 - Upgrade Instructions

For a regular Non-IBBS upgrade, copy the *.exe, *.slb and *.hps
files from this packet into your Tri-Bingo directory.

If you want to turn off the Sysop Feedback feature, create a file
called NOFEEDBK in the Tri-Bingo directory.  When this file is 
present and a caller selects Sysop Feedback, the caller will be shown
a screen instructing them to leave a message on the BBS.
