  -Fixed a problem with some sysops not entering the security profiles in 
   Capital letters in the Config file. This problem made it apear as  
   though the program didd not work!!  Case does not matter now!
  -Speeded up the delay in registered version of the copyright notice from 
   2 seconds to 1/2 second.
