       --------   ----------------------------------------------------------
       - Line 4 : Place on this line  the new user security level as defined
                  in makewild.  i.e. NEWUSER.  This line is case insensitive.
       - Line 5 : Use Y or Yes, N or No, also case insensitive - to determine
                  weather or not local calls should be displayed in the
                  Bulletin.

 2) When used in /Repeat:off mode, the output is sorted by time in ascending
    order.

 3) Cosmetic and colorization Changes!
