New features :

- * Adds FFILE_ID.DIZ from WildCat database to the Archive if the FILE_ID.DIZ
    was not supplied whith the file but the User typed in the Descrption.

- * Adds DESC.SDI aswell to the Archive like the File_id.diz if only 
    a short description is given by the User

- Troyan Scanner Programmed with C++ speeds up Troyan scanning
  Example: 350 Files ar now scand whithin one second
  whith a Pentium 75MHz before it took about 10 seconds.
  The new troyan scanner supports up to 400 file names and is less
  harddisk intensiv than the old one.

- Automatic KeyWord Processor adds the KeyWords now automaticly
  that speeds up file search whithin WildCat

- Locate.dat File added to specify the cursor position for the prompts

- Added RAR compression type into the Packer.dat

Bug Fixed :

- Does not terminate when caller hangs up
- Does now accurate subdir scanning for archiv detecting within archives
- Does now accurate scan subdirs for troyans
- Does now create the Temp Direcory with node nr to prevent overwrite
  if there are two user who upload at the same time. Removes the temp
  dir after scan.
- Fixed the Bug whithin the Packer.dat (added option "d" to delete files) 
- Fixed some display bugs
