Accuracy Menu Option (1) Check Accuracy Allows the user to determine the predictive accuracy of the current set of abstracted instances. Initially, the system will require the user to enter the name of the file containing the testing examples (i.e., file with extension *.tes). Finally, the user is required to supply the file where results should be written to. Once testing is completed, the user can retrieve pertinent information from the Accuracy Menu Option (select option underneath double-bar). (2) Classify Accuracy Very similar to the above, except that the first file to be entered by the user is a classification file (i.e., extension *.cls). Once read MPIL will attempt to classify the patterns contained in the classifcation file and write them to the user specified output file.
