Batch Menu Option
					
(1) Random Testing 

This option allows the user to create random partitions of a training
set file into two files: a file used for training and another utilized for testing.
Patterns in both files are disjoint from one another.  The user sets
the starting, ending partition sizes and the delta stepsize.  MPIL will
perform n-fold crossvalidation for the various partition sizes.  Results
are written out to the user specified output file. The parameter n can be 
set by the user from within the Parameters menu option (select Num. Batch Runs).
