Instances Menu Option
				
(1) Create

This option allows the user to read in a training file, which contains
the instances MPIL utilizes during learning.  The user will be prompted
to enter a training file (i.e., extension *.net), after which the file
is consulted.
	
(2) Load 

Allows the user to load in a file of abstracted instances (i.e., extension *.sav).
Abstracted Instances consist of patterns and radii.  The file had to be
earlier created using the Save menu option.
    
(3) Save

Once a training file has been loaded and trained on, the user can save the relevant
abstracted instances to disk with this menu option.
    
(4) Train

Trains a loaded (i.e., created) training file by determining its abstracted
instances.  Training can proceed either by utilizing modes MPIL-1 or MPIL-2.
These can be set from with the Parameters menu option.
