Parameters Menu Option
					
(1) Learn Mode

Allows the user to select whether to train using learning mode MPIL-1
or MPIL-2.
	
(2) Set EPSILON

Sets the EPSILON parameter.  This parameter determines how far away
the radius of an instance is, with respect to its nearest neighbor instance
(i.e., instance with a different output value).
	
(3) Set DELTA  

Sets the DELTA parameter.  This parameter is used to decide if the
difference between two input values is significant.
