Rules Menu Option
					
(1) Extract  

Selecting this option will cause MPIL to extract rules from 
the currently loaded set of abstracted instances.  The rules 
will be written out to the user specified output file (i.e., 
extension *.rul).  This option only works in conjunction with 
learning mode MPIL-2.
