Boil 30 min. Remove, drain, and when cool, slice pork in thin slices. Mix bean paste, chili paste, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry pork in 3 Tbs oil for 1 min; add garlic and green and red pepper; stir-fry 1 min. Remove from wok. Usw remaining oil to stir-fry the bean paste mixture for 10 sec. Return pork, stir to mix, and serve.
