      Title: CROCKPOT PEPPERS & STEAK
 Categories: Crockpot, Chinese, Beef
      Yield: 6 servings

      2 lb Lean round steak;1-in thick       1/4 c  Low-sodium soy sauce
      2    Green peppers;*                   1/2 ts Ground ginger
      1 c  Beef bouillon                     1/2 ts Garlic powder

  *Seeded and cut into 1/2 inch strips. Cut steak into serving portions.
  Place half the steak in crock-pot. Arrange green pepper strips around
  steak.  Place remaining steak on top. Mix remaining ingredients and pour
  over meat.  Cover and cook on LOW setting for 8 to 10 hours (on HIGH
