      Title: Lemon Sweet And Sour Sauce

      Yield: 1 servings

      2    Lemon juice;from 2 lemons           2 tb Sugar
      1 ts Lemon peel;grated                   6 tb Water
      1 tb Oil                                 1 ts Cornstarch

  Saute peel in oil add sugar juice of 2 lemons. Mix cornstarch with water
  and add to mixture. Cook over medium heat until smooth and thick. This is
  excellent with chicken.
