           "Let the chicken marinate
           -overnight to enhance the
           -flavors of this
           unusual dish.  Serve with
           -rice."
----------------------------------Ingredients:---------------------------------
      4 ea chicken breast halves,
           -skinned  2 lg cloves
           -garlic, crushed
      1 md onion, chopped
    1/4 c  low-sodium soy sauce
      2 ea bay leaves
    1/8 t  black pepper
----------------------------------Directions:----------------------------------
    1/2 c  rice vinegar
    1/4 c  water
      1 t  sugar

Rinse chicken pieces and place in a large pot.  Mix the remaining
ingredients and pour over chicken to cover.  Cover the pot and simmer
chicken for about 1 hour or until the chicken is very tender.  Remove
bay leaves and serve with a small amount of marinade.
