      1 ea egg
      3 sl bread, cubed fine
    1/3 c  onion, chopped fine
      1 t  salt
      1 T  prepared horseradish, if
           -desired
----------------------------------Directions:----------------------------------
      2 c  lean ground round (15% fat)
    1/4 c  catsup
      2 T  green pepper, chopped fine
    1/2 t  dry mustard

Preheat oven to 400 degrees, Mix all ingredients well. Form into a
loaf. Place in foil-lined 5 x 9 pan; bake until done (15-20
minutes).
