Serves 4 'til they're full! 1. Sift dry into large bowl. 2. Stir wet with dry. 3. Mix briskly. 4. Heat grittle or frying pan on medium heat. 5. Oil pan after heated. 6. Use large spoon to poor batter onto pan. (Shape and size may vary do to person preferance but I do not suggest making them too big or your going to need more than one spatular :). 7. Let batter fry on the pan. You will notice bubbles forming on the top of the batter but don't be alarmed!!! Wait 'til the bubbles begin to pop then flip. (The more you let pop the darker the pancake. DO NOT LOOK UNDER CAKE WHILE COOKING THE FIRST SIDE...IT WILL FLATTEN.) 8. Wait a couple of minutes to let the other side cook. (YOU CAN LOOK UNDER IT WHILE COOKING THIS SIDE.) 9. Serve with butter, syrup, jelly, jam or other favorate toppings. Note: Adding fresh fruit (i.e., blueberries, strawberries) or chocolate chips between step 2 & 3 or right after step 6 while the pancake first starts to cook can make things even more interesting.
