      1 c  Blended pear (whip chopped
           -fruit in a food processor
      4 ea or blender until smooth)
      1 t  Lemon juice

Heat ingredients to a boil in a saucepan; turn to low and simmer, stirring
occasionally, until mixture reaches desired thickness.  Yields 1/2 cup.
