            -Round Steak
            -onions
            -garlic
            -salt
            -pepper
            -oregano
            -parsley
            -mushrooms
            -one can of Golden Mushroom
            -soup
 1/2    cn  water
 8      oz  of sour cream
            -noodles, rice, or steamed
            -new potatoes

You can either bread it and make swiss steak or my favorite is to slice
the steak (with the amount you have you will have to have company) saute it
with onions and garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, mushrooms.  Once you
have the meat nice and brown you add one can of Golden Mushroom soup along
with 1/2 can water (or in my case I use either chicken stock or
wine)....simmer that for about 10 minutes and right before serving add 8 oz.
of sour cream.  Serve atop noodles, rice, or steamed new potatoes.
With the amount of meat you have you will probably have to use two cans
soup and one can liquid and 16oz. of the sour cream.
I always add a bit of tobasco or hot sauce, just because.
